History

"The First Youth Vocational Training Center" is organized by the National
Youth Commission for providing vocational training, employment assistance
, and activity guidance services for young people on January 1970.

During its initial phase ,the Commission apply Chung-Mei Fund to
 purchase the equipments and machines for training temporary in the factory 
of Yulon motor company at Da-Ping-Lin.

Later, the commission made an appropriation for the center to build its own
 plant in the Yo-shih industrial district of the Tao-Yuan county. The landed surface
 is over 15226 square meter.

The first term of the construction work began in Aug ,1977.The center
 moved into new place and started training on Aug 22,1978.

According to permission of the Executive Yuan , the center started the 
second term of construction work in the end of March ,1982.It built a new
building , amplified original buildings, and purchased machines for increasing 
its vocational training functions , and for promoting our level of training.

The second term of construction work was completed in Dec,1983.And so ,
the total landed surface of the center come to 15356 square meter.

On Jan 24,1986,it rename the center 
"Youth Vocational Training Center of the National Youth Commission                            of  the Executive Yuan " with permission.
